Here at GoalieMonkey.com®, we offer the highest quality Hockey Equipment at great prices. Your continued support allows us to purchase equipment in such large quantities that we can offer the lowest prices possible. We do not offer a price match guarantee at this time. The price paid at the time of your purchase is the final price. No adjustments are given once you have made your purchase.





SHIPPING POLICY:



CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD:

Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count

towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival date will be the

following Tuesday.)





BILLING DISCREPANCIES:

Please be advised that Orders with Different Bill to and Ship to Addresses, Card Holder Name Different than Name on Order, or other issues may be subject to delays due to our verification process. You may receive a call to confirm information before order is shipped.

The GoalieMonkey.com® Warehouse is located in Southern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly GROUND SHIPPING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services.

AIR ORDERS

All AIR orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.



PICKUPS

Orders leaving GoalieMonkey.com® are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that ship

on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.



SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged

the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 5% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject

to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

RETURN POLICY:



All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date.

All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging.

Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return meet this criteria before proceeding to the return steps below.



RETURN INFORMATION ABOUT SPECIFIC ITEMS Sharpened Skates are NOT Exchangeable or Returnable. Donot sharpen skates until you are sure that they fit correctly. Custom Orders, Special Orders, Team Orders, orOther Special Accommodations are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Jocks/Undergarmentsare Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.



HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

STEP 1. Please call 1 888 945 4295 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without an Return Authorization Number. All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused!

STEP 4. Please write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box, following the instructions below:



Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on a Skate Box or Shoe Box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please do not use a Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. At GoalieMonkey.com® we do not sell used merchandise and we would not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.



WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITH SHIPPING LABELS ATTACHED DIRECTLY TO PRODUCT PACKAGING







EXCHANGES: GoalieMonkey.com® will gladly accept exchanges on all non-clearance products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions. We will not accept exchanges on custom goalie equipment or clearance items.



REFUNDS: Refund returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer.



EXPRESS EXCHANGE: Express service is available for a $5 service charge. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges); then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item.



CLEARANCE ITEMS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Clearance items can NOT be returned or exchanged. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Clearance Leg Pads and Pants may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for an item of the same type.



CUSTOM ITEMS: Custom Items are not eligible for Returns or Refunds.



All products sold by GoalieMonkey.com® are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if there is a problem with your order please contact customer service as soon as possible. NO returns will be accepted of used items! All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.



We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.

Goalie Monkey takes custom goalie orders under the following circumstances:


Custom equipment can not be returned for ANY reason

Customer will pay for all incurred shipping charges

All custom orders must be paid in-full before the order is placed

Before the order is placed, a "custom number" must be issued from Goalie Monkey.
